A fairly large light blinking and going very fast EASTWORD at a pretty low altitude making no noise .
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
NO .
Any additional comments:
This is the first time ive ever seen anything like that , Ive seen another type but it was in the daytime and it was right over me . It looked like the moon at night in the daytime , I was laying on the grass and I opened my eyes and it jumped and proceeded to move to the clouds and diassapear , I call it " The super Cosmo Authority " It happened several years ago in Sacramento .
