SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Between Fishers and Carmel,Ind

dark grayish lumpy,perfectly circular approximately 250 ft in diameter.When it raised up to a verticle position it stopped on top and glowed white inside,I could see inside and there was a dark matter at the bottom offset to the right of center.

It was at a fixed stationary horizontal position in the sky.It raised itself up verticle and stopped on top,as soon as it stopped on top it imediately it began to glow white.(Like a dim lightbulb getting brighter).When it was at its brightess it moved in a perfectly straight line south 1000ft into the opening and left.

I noticed time slow down almost to a stop.(Like driving into molasses and being hit with novocaine)I could'nt turn my head until it had completly disappeared into the opening,then time resumed to normal and I could move again.The next day the newspaper had a article with a picture of rings being detected on doppler radar.The rings swelled until the fifth ring appeared and triggered the other four to burst at between 11:27 AM and 11:37 AM .The rings covered from Ohio across Indiana to Illinois and all of northern Kentucky.I don't believed it was just coincidence with my sighting event at 11:33 AM the same morning Aug.2,1996.The rings I viewed on the screen begain at 8:00 AM .I believe that it left it's CALLING CARD !!!!! and the next time any doppler anywhere detects the rings as they begin to appear, we have 3-1/2 hrs. before the softspot softens and the opening appears it will arrive or depart through that opening.The reason I decided to report the event was because I had recently spoke with a pilot who flew into one.It appears both of our events are directly related; and we only seek a scientific explanation.I have picture of the rings and related info.
