Grey triangle shape, about the size of a double decker bus.
No lights. Was about 70ft from the ground

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It flew straight over my head and did a 90 degree right turn to avoid hitting a tree and was travelling at a few hundred miles per hour. When it flew over me, there was no sound from anywhere around. All surrounding noise even from the motorway stopped as it flew over, as if it was causing a vacuum which was stopping the noise. As it flew over you could feel the energy coming from the craft.
