dome shaped, transparant object (like a jelly fish without the tenticles) about 1 meter wide, 30 cms tall, viewd at about 5 miles in the distance

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

visable for about 5 seconds, moving gently just below the clouds then it just disappeared, didnt reappear
