SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Just north of Mason, Michigan

VERY bright--brighter than any stars in the sky. Spherical or possibly oval shaped. There was no tail (or trail) from this light.

It was moving EXTREMELY rapidly toward the southeast (of Mason, Michigan) at a VERY steep angle of decent. I actually thought it was a fairly giant meteor falling, and I awaited the light from the explosion, but there was none. It did not move like ANY object I have ever witnessed before. It is hard to explain, but it's movement did not seem at all like a naturally occuring incident--such as a meteorite falling. (Although I have never seen a meteorite before.)

This object--whatever it was--moved at a velocity that was much slower than a shooting star, however, it was also much faster than any other object I have ever witnessed. I have seen dozens of meteors (shooting stars), and this was definitely NOT one.

The object was heading toward the southeast and, at the same time, appeared to be headed toward the Earth---as if it were going to land/crash.

During and after the sighting, there was no sound: I was alone in my car with the radio/stereo off.

There were no other cars in my vicinity at the time of the sighting.
