What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
I am not sure what I saw. I was looking up into the sky, east I think, and saw something that looked like a star, all of a sudden it seemed to get bigger. At first I thought it may have been a plane but it was the wronng shape. It was a square shaped object with rounded corners. it was mostly a whitish colour wit a band of red at the bottom. The shape disappeared and then re-emerged again but smaller. It then became smaller until it went back to like a star. The star like light was there for about a few seconds thenm disappeared.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It just seemed to appear, disappear, re-appear then vavish as described as above.
Any additional comments:
After the incident I thought that it might have been a supanova but there was nothing in the news.
