CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It looked like a man in a 'jet pack' suit, travelling in a NE direction. Difficult to say it's speed as it was silhouted against a bright grey sky, and I couldn't be sure of it's size or distance away. I would say angular wise, it went from above to 45 degrees in around 15 seconds, then it's view was blocked by the approaching train.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Any additional comments:
Initially, I thought it could have been a released balloon, but the wind direction at the time was north westerley, about 10 mph.
