It was a small round figure with lights blinking 3 times a second from white to red to green to blue

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

It started going towards mars then coming back it did this for about 45 mins than flew off

this is the second time i've seen something like this first was with my cousin than now i'm starting to believe theres life in space
