What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was dark but the lights red and green lights flashing at each end sugested a cigar type shape
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
yes it was hovering above and distance was hard to define
Any additional comments:
It hovered above me as I was on my break crossing outside to go to the canteen, it was static until I waved to it, then it shot off, I was so in awe that I ran to the front of the building to catch sight of it, there was no sight of it at all, it had hovered without sound and that is how it left at considerable speed. ie.. light
