SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Newcastle upon tyne UK

I just seen a huge bright light above the clouds... orange in color, it lit up a huge area, roofs of houses etc.

Was hovering at first then was mooving slowly.

Seen the sky light up, at first I thought it was a helicopter with its spotlight on but there was no noise and the color of the light I seen was an orangy/yellow. The light covered to large an area to be spotlight anyway! As light moved towards me - I moved towards the light, I was fasinated by it!!! Somewhere down the line I got frightend and ran home. I watched the light from my bedroom window for some time, until it just zoomed away fast. I lost quit a bit time. I have nightmares, I sometimes wake up with strange red marks and/or scratches with no explanation how or why. I am in constant pain that more or less started overnight. I have a fasination with looking at the sky at a night time. I have often found myself sitting outside looking at the night sky as if Im waiting for something. I feel embarassed about the whole thing because I cant get my head around it all.
