CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Two identical UFOs (balls of glowing fire, with a solid beam of light moving rapidly left and right in the middle of the fire) were seen consecutively over a time span of about 25 minutes - the second object followed the exact path of the first object.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The 1st object was seen at 00:20 and was observed for about 10 minutes until it disappeared in the far distance. Within minutes of losing sight of the 1st object, the 2nd object appeared at about 00:35 and followed the exact course of the 1st object. I and two other bystanders witnessed these low flying objects on New Year's Eve. We initially thought they were part of the New Year celebrations but because of the flight duration, their exact paths and the fact that there were two objects, lead us to dismiss this idea. We'd like to know if anyone else in the West Yorkshire area saw the same objects - or better still, can anyone identify these objects?
Any additional comments:
There was low cloud cover and both objects were clearly below the clouds. The flight path seemed to pass directly in front of us (East Bierley, Bradford) from Birkenshaw/Drighlington direction and followed an east-north-east path (70°) in the direction of Pudsey/Bramley/Kirkstall in Leeds.
