CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
very small, round, and reflective, bright, smaller than the F16 nearby.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It followed one of two F16's heading south, keeping the same speed for 5 and one half seconds, then it made a sharp increase in speed and flew across the Ocean heading upward and East. The two planes contiued with the same heading untile out of sight.
Any additional comments:
obviously this wasn't a plane, it was near two of them, but was much smaller, and was silvery mettalic, not dark like the two F16's.
