What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
I am processing some pictures taken from the top of the Minster.
In one landscape picture I shot toward the power plant that is west of York, I notice a small spot in the middle of the sky.
Its shape is almost spherical dark on the bottom and lighter on top.
I took the same shot 13 seconds later and the spot is not there anymore.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

I thought it could be a plane, but the shape doesn't match.
I thought it could be a lost ballon, but it appear too far (from what i can say it is almost above the power plant) and it is not colorful.
It could be some dust on the lens, but I normally keep my equipment (Canon 400D + US 24-105mm IS lens + polarized filter) very clean.
I double checked the other picture teken 13 seconds later and the object is nowhere in the large portion of sky I got.
