it was a circular bowl shaped object and it was spinning really fast and there were only a few lights on the bottom of the aircraft.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it hovered for about twenty seconds and then disappeared at almost the speed of light it was like i blinked and then it was gone
