Long blueish shape(changing to dark green cigar) with a area around it that never focused with anything.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

It slowly rolled over time after time before moving away to the east before imploding in a blue haze.

Its never been an easy thing to talk about.

Reported it to the hotel manager at the time in Cyprus.
