It was just next to me it was a cone shape with rockets at the bottom and it a dark gray i say it was about 700 feet away.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it was hovering still about 5 feet of the ground then it zoomed away.

Any additional comments:

It looked like it was contacking someone or somthing.
