CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was a grayish blue color. It resembled some sort of aircraft, but I really don't think it was an airplane or a helicopter. At first it looked like a star, but then I noticed it was moving.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Well, at first it was among the very few stars in the western sky, but then it started to move away from them. It wasn't a shooting star or meteor because it didn't have any trailing dust or debreis. It then suddenly dissapeared. I don't know if a cloud came in front of it or anything.

There's really not much more to say because I only saw it for about 2 minutes.
