It was a round ball, silver it had red and blue flashing lights it made a hovering sound abit like a helicopter.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it came after us then we cyled to the nearest house it seemed to hover the house then flashed green and zoomed off.

Any additional comments:

at first we thought it was a helicopter but it wasnt anything like a helicopter ........
