two yellow balls of light flying one behind the other,travelling east to west over the pentland hills.west lothian scotland

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

they paused for a second,flew round each other at great speed in a circular motion then carried on west.

Any additional comments:

no aircraft could make those manouveres plus there was no sound and they were below the cloud cover.
