CSIGHTING DETAILS

1

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

One bright object seen in the southern sky. I moved behind building and lost view. Moved to get a better view. One minute after initial sighting (which i assumed to be the ISS), two object then passed overhead from a SSE direction heading NNE. Both objects initially looked liked satellites (have seen many as i am an amateur astronomer but then objects changed dramatically. Primary object flared and dimmed then pulsed....definitely not a reflective glare as those given off by satellites (ie iridium). Second object started off as point of light then changed into a constantly shifting blurred shape switching between square shape and oblong. Both objects flight was in parallel. Primary object kept point of light like appearance as secondary object continued to switch in between square and oblong. After both objects had passed a similar object appear to 'float' pass at a lesser speed. Looked almost like a plastic bag in air and may not be related to initial observation. Have triple checked online (via www.heavens-above.com) to ensure that no man-made objects could have explained sighting. None matched time/direction of sighting.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Secondary object started off as point of light (slightly greater in brightness than Sirius) then changed into blurred square/oblong. Primary object described S maneuvers whilst heading in same general direction. Msut emphasis that this did NOT look like atmospheric distortion commonly associated with satellite observations.

Any additional comments:

Have been an amateur astronomer for 12 years. Have seen many satellites and neither object behaved in a like manner. Also have an interest in UFO's / UAP's from reading various books (mainly concentrated on trained observer/military sightings/incidents. Would like to remain anonymous but would be interested in any other sightings in UK on same evening to corroborate what i observed. Incident was also witness by mt partner/girlfriend. Will happily discuss further via email/phone if follow-up / clarification deemed necessary.
