SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Housing Estate in St Ives

It was a triangular shape which was rounded at the edges. It had three lights in each corner. I think the colour of the lights was red, blue and green. The craft looked as though it was made of a shiny dark metal. It was fairly large, prob. just abit bigger than a helicopter but I only saw its underside.

I was going to a party with a friend. He was walking off way up ahead of me. I was feeling pretty chilled. I looked up expecting to see the sky but was shocked to see this UFO hovering right above my head. It was hovering at tree height - about 20-30 feet above me. It was so quiet - there was no sound coming from it. It was just hovering there like it was waiting for something. I instantly freaked out and ran off to catch up with my friend. I was afraid of what might happen if I hung around. I didn't look back and I didn't say anything to my friend cos I thought he'd thing I was a complete wierdo.

I've never spoken about it until now because I felt that people would think I wasn't all there and because it was such a momentary sighting I felt it was almost not worth reporting. Its an experience I'll never forget and one which makes me wonder if we are not alone.
