Round, bright light moving south to north at a fair speed...no lights could be seen other than the bright glow it emitted

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

no, it moved in a fast straight line

just wondered if anyone else saw anything around this time or could this just be a satellite...the sky was totally clear & cloudless
