CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
Distant yellow circular light, possibly with a short 'tail', high in the sky, moving very slowly (too slowly to fit my understanding of how aircraft or helicopters would move).
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The slow speed at which it moved appeared very unusual. At times I had to look hard to be sure it was still moving at all. Eventually it abruptly changed direction and reduced in size as though it was flying higher (like a rocket heading up into the sky), until it disappeared altogether.
Any additional comments:
The sighting was witnessed by the driver of the car I was in and also by a passing Northern Constabulary policeman (I.D. No.111) whose name, I think was Aron Mackeson (?).
