it was circular lots of lights with 15-20ft diameter they were about 20 ft appart from each other and it was 100 ft across

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it hovered for about 20 minutes next to a black of flats i was watching it from my room after a wile it zoomed off
