What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
A big round ball of light. White light, very bright. Large.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
Made no noise, moved slowly over trees.
Any additional comments:
I went in my house to get a pair of binoculars. It was gone when I returned. Within a couple of minutes a military fighter jet flew over the trees, so low I could read the letters/numbers on the wings.
The next day several heicopters were seen circling our area.
