It was like a ball of fire, but it was moving in a more controlled way. It had an orange glow similar to fire, but it glowed more like stars do.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it flew through the sky at an abnormal speed, then stopped suddenly before flying off into the distance

Any additional comments:

I know from my report it could sound like some sort of shooting star, but I assure you I have seen shooting stars and this was no star.
