What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

not like a plane, it was flying low, it was a weird shape and not traveling to quick.it was flying southwards towards Lancaster, it didnt look at a balloon and it didnt look like it was spinning, ive never seen anything like it before so i just fourght to report it.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

it was going at a constant speed

i hope it was a ufo and i hope someone else saw it.
