It was at the hight of a low small plane. It was like a big bubble attach to three following slightly smaller bubbles.
It was defiantly not bubbles because of the time of sighting and their speed/motion.It was clear and had some reflection from the light below shining on the bottem.It was quite faint.

It was going across the sky in a straight line at about 15miles per hour.
