CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
CIRCULAR - ALMOST AS IF IT WAS A HOT AIR BALLOON WITHOUT THE BALLON OR BASKET. AT FIRST WE THOUGHT THAT IS WHAT IT WAS. THERE WAS A LARGE CANDLE LIKE FLAME COMING FROM CENTRE - NOT FIERCE LIKE A BALLOON WHEN MOVING UPWARD.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
IT WAS SPINNING AS IT CROSSED OVER THE TOP OF US, PROBABLY 100 FEET ABOVE, IT THEN BEGAN CLIMBING FAIRLY RAPIDLY BEFORE IT WENT OUT OF SIGHT

THERE WAS A PARTY OF FOUR PEOPLE WHO WITNESSED THIS EVENT. I BELIEVE IT WAS MAN MADE. WE HAVE ARMY BASE NEARBY BUT NO OTHER SIGHTING HAS BEEN REPORTED. IT WAS INTERESTING TO WATCH. I WONDER IF ANYONE ELSE SAW SOMETHING SIMILAR?
