Triangle shaped, black with 3 lights all white

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Floated above me but not to close, I felt a warmth and passed out, woke up my hands glowed and since heard noises in my head, cant work out what it is, not english just clicks like a dolphin

Please if you have heard these sounds I need to understand, I get the feeling we dont have lon
