round disc like with lights comind fron center to outside like a wheel.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
the lights were on the clouds last night and all thne family came out to watch....this morning in a clear sky a light was hovering and still there after 1 hr... looking through binocliors it copys the lights seen last night
