Yello star shaped dot with a red diamond shaped glow - contact glow, no blinking or flashing.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It hovered in from the sea, at a slow but somewhat jittery pace. Halfway across the sky, the lights were turned off, and it continued hovering with the lights off - it was clearly visible as a black shape moving across the sky.
