CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
a large round red / orange orb / three in all and following in sequence hard to compare size with aircraft as they seemed high in the air / a general passenger aircraft was also in the clear night sky at the same time.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
no it took a clear path from a north postion acros to the north sea in a east direction / i observed it then through binoculars, as a ball of orange and red light. I asked my wife to also come out into the garden which she did to then find another two following the first.
Any additional comments:
We live on a regular flight path to the north east and regularly observe the fliht of planes with their strobe and flashing lights, but the sight of first a large solid red / orange glowing orb in the clear star lit sky then followed by two others was something both of us have never seen before in the night sky.
