round bright light. Largest object in night sky except for the moon
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
hovered, moved horizontally for about 15 sec, then the light got smaller and moved away with amazing speed
Any additional comments:
I'm an airline pilot with over 10000 hours of flight time. I'm also an amateur astronomer. I've spent countless hours gazing into the night sky. I've always been a skeptic and non-believer. I can not rationalize what I saw. I am certain it was not an airplane, I'm certain it was not a satellite. It was a crystal clear night, so there was no cloud disturbance on the night lights.
