Transparent sphere with flames burning inside. Lower than cloud ovr . Approximately 300 meters altitude. Size would be about 5-10 Meters

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Travelling about the speed of a small single prop plane in a Northerly direction towards RAF Lyneham
