SIGHTING REPORT UFO sighting at Through bedroom window

It was semi-circle in shape with an amber colour, it also had lights flashing in its centre quickly.

I was looking out of my window and it slowly hovered into view from the left. It was perhaps no more than 20ft away from my window. I rushed to my mum to tell her, but when I got back it had dissapeared

This also turned into an abduction (I kept this experience in my diary). That same night at 9:24pm I turned off the lights in my room and went into my bed, but when I turned round to my left I saw a large orb of white light. I screamed and it seemed to expand and 'reach out to me'. I then found myself lying down on a metal bed in possibley the UFO I saw. I was in some sort of metal room with some white orbs on the walls, to the very left of me were two gray aliens; one was wearing black robes and the other wore no robes but had a red eye on its forehead. The black robed alien talked to me telepathically and said 'please shut your eyes, latent creature'. The other alien faced the robed one but its mouth did not move, I assumed he was talking telepathically to the robed alien. I closed my eyes and seemed to instantly fall asleep but seemed to feel a vibrating sensation in my nostrils. When I woke up it was morning and I also had a nose bleed for an hour as well.
