The UFO was looking like a round, red bright UFO.

No, it didn't do a strange thing.
Any additional comments:
We were going to the city. I had my camera with me. My sister told me that she saw an UFO in the sky. I saw it too, a very bright, red, round UFO. It was hovering to the same direction. It didn't appear from nowhere/ disappear in the same fashion.
