What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

a starfish with only 3 legs. 3 dull red lights on each leg. not flashing. object appeared to be a dark silhouette.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

just flew above us from north to south, not quickly but just disappeared after about 10 seconds. there was no noise. we were looking up at stars at the time.
