What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

I saw a bright orange light almost like a ball of fire, but very bright.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

It almost seemed to hover in a semi circular angle for quite some time, then it appeared to turn and almost fliker to nothing.

Any additional comments:

I couldnt quite believe my eyes, my best friend was watching too, we were stood on the balcony of a high rise building having a coffee break at work one friday evening, when we spotted the light, we tried to work out what it could be whilst watching it hover, but couldnt. On the light flickering out we were just speachless.
