Bell shaped, size of large house. Two bright yellow?white lights.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

It hovered, wobbled slightly and loved very slowly out to sea

Any additional comments:

The day had been eerily quiet and very still. The silence didn't seem real. The object moved in complete silence. the two lights at first looked like car headlamps and then moved on top of each other but were far too big and bright to be a car, as I first thought.
