4 round white lights followed at a distance by a fifth. All in line ahead coming from the East and then turning North,after the turn North each light disappeared.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Any additional comments:

No nav lights,no strobe,quite bright against a clear sky.Each following the one ahead.No sound,approx.5-7000 feet.Speed about 100-150 mph.
