What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

Orange Ball of Light. Fairly large ( Not chinese lantern)Cloud base approx 1000 feet and it was below this.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

The UFO moved slowly across the sky (faster than a lantern) although there was no wind. with a slight course alteration and dissapeared in the distance. It then reappeared about 10 minutes later hovering over the house it moved around in an erratic pattern then left in a northlery direction.

There was no sound from this object.
