CSIGHTING DETAILS

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:

Size of small private jet. Hovering, moving slowly below the clouds. Could see 2 bright white lights, almost silver in colour but glowing brightly.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Hovered below clouds for about 20 seconds then disappeared

Any additional comments:

Was just leaving my car in a street close to the uni when i seen the lights in the distance. They were glowing in the sky just above Teessides transporter bridge
