CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
3 circular 0bjects, deep red in colour brighter than any star about the intensity of a low flying aircraft nav light, but no flashing lights, no green nav light, just a red glow.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
First two objects disappeared behind houses. All three moved very slowly and appeared to pause on occasion. Totally silent. Heavy cloud cover as it was snowing at the time but these were below cloud level or if they were above they must have been giving of tremendous amounts of light. Final object(although moving closer towards us) stopped and faded away as if a dimmer switch was slowly turning off.
Any additional comments:
On new years eve 2008-2009, my family had all gone to my parents as usual. My dad, the only smoker went outside on his garden at approx 10pm for a cigarette. He came bck inside and told us he had seen two bright red lights moving in the sky totally soundlessly. On had paused while the other quickly caught up. Then both slowly faded away. Both sightings appear to be of the same type of object.
