CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It was a series of yellow lights that would fade out and appear seeming at random. They were clearly above the ground dispite being quite far away. They were also a lot brighter than any other lights visable which included cars, planes, house and street lights. At some points there were up to 6 and at sometimes as few as 1. It was a clear night and the lights could be seen to be illuminating a small cloud near them. The local airport was called but they seemed disinterested and said that no aircraft had reported anything.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The lights would simpley disspear and seamingly reapear at will.
Any additional comments:
I believed that they could possibley be parachute flares. But I can't come up with any reason for them being there and there must have been at least 20 of them seen. Probably more. They were also observed once, and then when they dissapeared, they reappeared about 15 mins later and stayed there for another 15 mins.
