CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
i was out my back garden having a smoke when i saw a large orange sphere coming towards my direction, i called my wife out and we both observed the sphere passing overhead,it was roughly 10-15 metres in diameter,it was glowing orange as if there was a fire inside a translucent shell, it was doing between 80-100mph silently.it was travelling SSW to NNE and passed directly over our heads.as it got closer the glow inside got dimmer and dimmer.when it was overhead the glow had almost disappeared altough we could still see it clearly see it.it was a really clear night with no wind whatsoever.we were able to watch it travel for about 3-4 miles after the glow went out as we could see the outline very clearly.all this time it remained a constant speed.then it just got too far away to see.i dont think it was a hot air balloon as the was no attachments to the underside of it,it was also completely silent and travelling quite fast,too fast to be a balloon.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
