generally flat with a dome. It seemed to be a white light with red light appearing occasionally

It moved fast towards the city (central London). Seemed to hop
through the sky like a flea rather than move smoothly like a plane.
It moved too fast to be a helicopter. It certainly moved a lot
faster than a plane. A plane would have taken a at least ten times
as long to cover that same distance in the horizon.
