It was like a red circle with orange/red lights beeping

The red/orange lights were beepign i told my friend quik, run and get a camera..i stared at it by the time my mate come back it had vanished..

It was Bombfire night i was out with my mate watchign the fires..and we was walking back home and my mate stopped said come on he said look, look up there...i said Omg! .what the heck is that? so i told him to get a camera the lights were flashing/beeping and before my mate came back it was gone..
