What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It looked like a long tube with flashing lights and it was greyin colour.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
It hovered over the water a long way off from the jetty and thenI saw a beam of light drop into the ocean as if it was taking awater sample.Then the light disappeared and it zoomed off

After the incident I looked at my watch and noticed that some time had lapsed
