What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
The UFO looked like a round orange ball in the sky.
I have taken a picture of it with my mobile phone video.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The object made no sound at all despite being no more than 200ft from the ground and moved very slowly in the sky.
After a minute or so the object moved vertically in the sky until it could not be seen any more and once again made no sound what so ever.

Any additional comments:
Object was heading in a north - south direction and appeared to move vertically only after I started photographing it, almost as if it had detected me doing so. Very Weird!
